Title: good class 2 surgery results with previous camouflage orthodontics?

can anyone point me to before and afters of class 2 bimax cases which they had childhood extraction orthodontic work done?

the ones I have seen have been really subpar

I see where you are coming from, the extractions would have only changed the soft tissue profile whether adult or child. No direct change to the jaw relationship

But my bite is/was wonky and complicated. Puberty wrecked the camoflague orthodonthic work and left me with a stuck and torque backwards lower jaw and a posterior open bite with chipped bottom incisors as my jaws grew. Also started mouth-breathing soon after. I can't help but think it had an effect, but I would not know if I would had the same facial growth pattern with my class 2 skeletal base eitherway. Perhaps I am too focused on the detrimental soft tissue appearance.
