Hi guys, im looking into aesthetics a lot now and im looking for every poosibly procedure. im planing a bimax plus chin (2times probaby? wing. maybe rhinoplasty and mlf3.
maybe ill stop after the rhino, because lf3 is hardcore s**t, i know. so is studied a lot about aesthtetics/ measurements and angles. (sry for my bad english btw)
So my question. Did this girl really have a mf lf3? because her nose liftet a lot. Maybe bc of her lf1? Maybe it was just a high lf1 or lf2?
i think earl asked about the importance of the forehead. maybe i can help you with some information.

Ya thats the noted "Obwegeiser girl" . She did have a mlf3 if JSF is to be trusted.
Forehead is important. Everything in the face is important to a degree.

I thought that was a classic lefort 3?

yeah that would be awesome to know. i m really looking for something like this. its like the base of my nose has no support and my cheeks are flat. Plus my lower jaw is recessed. First i thought about ccw mma, but the maxilla on the sides of the nose also needs advancement. I My face looks like i got no bones. Always had a bad neck posture as a kid. the base of the nose should go more forward. like with the girl. Do you know how much this could be? Maybe a high lefort would also do the job? Anyone? Would be highly interested, if earls maxilla near the nose was also advanced? or only the zygoma?
Edit: i thought only lf2 can lift the bone around the nose?

LF3 mobilizes everything the LF2 does AND the zygomatic arches/body from my understanding

yeah, but earl has his nose not touched, did he?
-
Hence the "modified" lefort 3
-
yeah, so basically a high lefort 1 without the upper jaw? and a bit more of the zygoma? can someone please show it with a graphic? or can earl say something? im going to meet obewegeser.
Than i think earls midface to nose angle didnt change?

1. you don't want this procedure.
2.nobody would perform this procedure on you, except a shaddy surgeon.
3. jaw surgery won't make you attractive, unless you're already attractive but have a clear deformity ruining your face
4. nobody on this forum is deformed to the level, that he'd need lf3
everything about lf3.

i ve red the thread serval times, but i still dont know, if this procedure can make me a bit more attractive, due to the problems i have. I dont have real bad deformis. I think i just look like a earl a bit. I had very bad posture and open mouth. so my midface is long and my lower jaw recessed.

look up papers on simultaneous modified lefort 3 and lefort 1 to see examples of non syndromic patients

Thank you very much. I have to buy the papers first right? or at least have to register somewhere? Thanks again.
