Title: How much vertical height added is possible ?
Post by: short face on June 05, 2017, 09:14:20 PM
I did some measurements and have shorter lower third heights than females. Talking 4 inches from pupil to bottom of chin and 2 inch lower third.

Basically, I need massive vast vertical increases. One inch would be ideal.

How much is possible ?Bimax with CW rotation and downgrafting. + a chin wing or genioplasty

Genioplasty you are only looking at 6 mm vertically , how does that compare to the chin wing ?

Would be cautious/conservative with vertical lengthening if you are a female. Know several cases where women regretted it.

If you're a male with a very short lower face, the big vertical advancements give the biggest and most dramatic results so you're on the right track.

How much is possible? As much as you need in order to normalize your skeletal base.
