Title: surgical procedure to widen jaw angle
Post by: XXRyanXXL on June 07, 2017, 06:10:07 PM
Is there a surgical procedure on a patient with a high mandibular plane angle to increase the lateral and vertical lengthening of the jaw without implants?

The picture I'm referencing comes from a plastic surgeon

I have an opinion from a OMS saying that I need an inverted-L osteo with impaction on upper for rotation, but could the inverted L- also widen the cheek bones? I have rather flat descended profile.
