Title: How much does VSP and cast models cost?

Preparation for surgery includes casting models of the teeth, and then if the Surgeon wants to proceed with a virtual surgical planning, these have to be submitted out so they can be laser scanned and incorporated into a computer generated CT scan.
All in all, how much does it cost for this VSP, and model casting, and the surgeon's time in manipulating these digital models?
Not looking for specific amount, just guestimate.
