Hi guys, i've been considering double jaw surgery for a quite time already since my orthodontist said that i had mandibular retrognathism by looking at me (?) and then i got  a consultation with a surgeon, he said it would be restrictly for aesthestics (which means that would cost a lot, but i was already ready for it)and he suggested a genioplasty, along with a clockwise rotation. I've been searching about this subject and i don't know if it would be worth it in my case. Also i've been seeing many complainments about clockwise rotations.
