Title: feasibility, risks revision genioplasty for vertical reduction
Post by: some1afterall on February 27, 2018, 10:44:21 AM
I just got a potential surgical plan for a 10mm vertical reduction + additional 2mm forward advancement with jaw tapering and a "T" shaped bone removal. Does this sound feasible?

What are the risks involved for this type of surgery?

I currently have a 4mm one cut sliding genioplasty and am unhappy with the masculine, long, boxy looking jawline I currently have from the frontal view.
