i know genio just cut the actual chin while the chin wing extends further , in some images it would appear it even touches the ramus, other than this what are the major differences between the 2 procedures and which tends to be "better"?? (in quotes since i know so much of this all comes down to case by case).
does it also depend on the bsso cut?? do you think a bsso from dr g with the standard cut he uses and a genio would provide a superior result compared to him doing a bsso with a diff cut that allows for chin wing down the road, then a chin wing with dr z????
