Title: Considering sleep apnea surgery, how would it affect me cosmetically?

Have terrible sleep apnea, considering a sleep apnea surgery like maxillomandibular advancement. Do you think it could have a positive effect on me cosmetically? yes. i think you would improve cosmetically. don't compare your self to others photos.
