Title: Can the surgery make you shorter?

 I know it's a silly question. But it looks like from the before and after photos, their heads seem a little smaller. If the head is smaller, that could make you shorter technically. Anyone have experience?

Yes but head surgery is not talked about on this forum. It's very dangerous.
