I've got a small mouth that's not very wide.
Is there any way to make a small mouth wider that will offer a good result?

Dr. Barry has a procedure that says this is able to be done, but there's a lot of mixed reviews with him.

Does bringing both jaws forward make the mouth look wider? By stretching the lips maybe?
