Title: Why does my profile look like this?

Is it the chin incompetence? Is it my chipmunk cheeks? Why do I have such deep marionette and nasolabial lines at 28?

I do have fillers. Maybe I should get more?

I'm not 100% but are your refering to bucal fat pads in that area?

This lady I guess you could say had chipmunks cheeks? and the picture indicates she had buccal fat removal and I think the subtle difference is her jawline and cheekbone looks more defined to me. I just looked up buccal fat. I think she had something done to her chin aswell though? It looks pointier.
