Title: Best surgeons in the UK?

Title says it all. Any info on good surgeons in the UK is appreciated.

I am consulting with Paul Johnson in Guildford this week.  He is supposed to be one of the leading UK-based surgeons

Henry Thuau is good too, apparently.  i'm not consulting with him yet as he's a bit out of my consulting budget for the moment.

I met with Henri Thuau and was impressed.  I ended up moving back to the USA and so not going with him. 

The approaches between the US and UK are night and day: US is much more expensive, invasive, extreme but likely to leave you looking more model-like.  The UK approach was very functional - how do we do this the least expensive and invasive way but still give us a result that will be functionally correct?  The Brits definitely did not care as much what you looked like post surgery if you have a working, pain free jaw and proper bite.
