Title: Question on Downgrafts and Occlusal Plane
Post by: ghiggson90 on January 02, 2019, 07:29:16 PM
Is it possible to downgraft the maxilla without altering the occlusal plane (i.e., same posterior and anterior downgraft) without doing to a BSSO? I don't think so, but perhaps I'm wrong?

this is what i'm wondering as well. I just want to increase incisor display without making my face longer and without stretching my muscles.
