Title: What surgery did she do?

its supposed to be "Lipofilling" and yes maybe there was some of that, but there is no way could make that dramatic change, the whole midface is far more compact in post pic, and the nose has change, philtrum and prob moore rhings aswell. So what do u think? Le fort1?

I've seen results like that with only fat grafting. If it's to a lot of face, it can change contours like that. But I can't tell you IF this doctor did anything else. It's good ethics to list all the procedures the patient had done. So, maybe you could ask him if the patient had anything else.

Thanks for the answer. Can you refer to any similar results with this kind of procedure?
I did ask him however he did not reply so thats why I posted this.
I get it would change the width and make face fuller but the philtrum is shorter the distance from mouth to eyes. These are things one could expect from vertically excess reduction in a lefort1. I made some calculations, she has literally increased 8-10 ponits on the 1:1 midface ratio scale wich is huge.

The other one on that page also had some difference wich clearly cant have aything to do with the procedure.

Regarding the topic person.
I understand the visual perspective, however when one brings measurement into play its dosnt seem plausible to change midface ratio to such extent with fillers, it should be mention that the lips are still the same.

Defrancq usually states what kind of procedures his patients had on his website.
