I read that as well, before this becomes commercially available in Europe or the USA it will easily take a decade.
A funny story is that Prince William funded a research study about hair regrowth some time ago. So just look at a recent picture of him and think about how someone with million of pounds can't get it fixed, then it will be hard for us to do so.
