me in 2010 before plastic surgeries
i had ear pinning surgery, bilateral sagital split, lefort 1, rhino and septoplasty for crooked nose and had to use palatal expander and braces for 5 years. Also had two canthopexies (i think it was canthopexies not canthoplasty) and multiple fat injections in the malar area. Doc said i had mild treacher collins syndrome. Also i looked sickly
Fast forward to 2017 and i looked much better despite being overweight (92 kg) which caused me problems like sleep apnea for example.

I'm now 43 y/o, my weight is 75 kilos and my height is 1.77 cm tall. I think i'm looking sickly again. I had a GERD surgery in last May and my weight is dropping like crazy, i dont have the need for a CPAP anymore as the OSA dissapeared completely but this is showing in my face as you can see in the next picture.

The facial fat is gone due to the extreme weight loss and my malar area looks like it needs improvement and that's where i think the sick look comes from, lack of undereye area support and malar projection.

Okay, well first try getting a tan eat some vegetables and make sure you get enough sleep. Part of the reason you look great in the 2017 pics is because your skin has a healthy tone. You look like you just spent the winter in a cave in that last pic.
Side note: you had some ccw rotation, right? Did you have posterior downgraft of the maxilla?
-
You look great. In fact your results are incredible. In fact I'd say you look better in the latest pic.
Your eyes are fine. You have developed BDD, I'm telling you. So, you need to just stop worrying about it. Mild fat loss in the face is normal at 43, it's called aging bruv.

I gotta say you look great. The surgeries you’ve already done have given you a brilliant result. Quit while you’re ahead work out get jacked and tan or something
-
Amigo, quit while you're ahead, too many surgeries can increase the risk of complications. If you really want get some fillers now and then for a fuller look.
-
I have a similar thing to you going on, except my eyes are even more hollow. It has made me look sickly all my life, but after doing tons of research on it - every solution just carries with it too much risks for my tastes.
You look great for your age. Echoing what others have said, seeking perfection is just not practical with the current technologies.
-
just wanna reinforce this on you:
too many surgeries you will enter uncanny valley. I'm in florida on vacation, this is the land of uncanny valley people and they look nothing less than f**kING FREAKS. Even too much filler and you look f**kED UP. You look like a good looking man. Sure maybe middle-aged but you look good. I wish my jaw surgery had been that good.
-
Damn, I didn't know eyes could be improved like that.

Who did your surgeries? You look good!
