Hi Everyone,
So I am talking to Dr. Sinn currently about getting two procedures done that being a MOD lefort 3 and BSSO. In a MOD can one augment the individuals IPD, PFL, or medial canthus?
Many Thanks

Thank you, Sinn replied to me saying ' Max move 6-8 mm with some lateral rotation if requested 2-3mm' is there any doc that goes beyond 8MM and 3MM for the lateral rotation?

I feel like these numbers don't mean s**t when I've heard from other patients numbers that are quite different like 9-11mm. Honestly, from what I've seen you can hardly notice much of a difference from this procedure.

I've talked over with Sinn regarding the movements he can make. The options as far as I know are moving the orbital + cheek + frontal maxilla region forward 7-8mm, laterally 2-3mm, and up by 2-3mm. ha paste can be added to move an additional 1-3mm forward

Are you saying you can hardly notice much of a difference from a modified lefort iii?
