Title: MOD Lefort 3 Fractures Lines

Struggling to find an image of the fractures lines of MOD Lefort 3 can easily find one for a Lefort 3 but not mod.. can you beautiful people point in the right direction

One last question is has anybody done a Lefort 3 with DO on this forum or have any examples of it being done cosmetically? If so does Sinn offer this or any other surgeons around the world?
