Title: See and take a survery about jaw surgery

I had a lot of questions and wanted to see peoples answers.  I can guess that a lot of people would like to see the results too so I created a survery of quesitons.

Absolutely.. I thought it was giving the results after you take but I will post them.

Maybe it does, but many people are on this board because they haven't had jaw surgery, and can't participate.
