Title: Lefort 3 Fracture Lines + Alternatives

Based on looking at various posts a lefort 3 appears to length the nose and have extreme risks and very doctors can perform it. I consulted Sinn and he told me he can perform a Lefort 2, MOD Lefort 3 alongside BSSO of course. This seems like the best way to emulate the fracture lines of the Lefort 3 without the risks , would this be accurate ? Should I try to find a doctor that can perform a Lefort 3?

Based on your description on what you want to achieve, what problems you're having and the way I think you look.

Here is a basic diagram of the 3 basic Leforts. No idea if you need a L3. About 98 % of the people on here inquiring about them don't need them .
