Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone has any leads on any innovative surgeons who use a bone buttress material in their genioplasty to allow more projection than the standard sliding genioplasty. I've liked a lot of the results I've seen from Dr. Alejandro Noguiera in Madrid who seems to use a hip graft in some of his genioplasties, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of any others who do so (be it with HA Paste, bone grafts or lyophilized cartilage.)

I think Dr. Alfaro would be worth consulting with if you're already in Spain. I think he even does genios under local anesthesia in some circumstances. I'm not sure if he does solo genios though, ask them.

I’m in US unfortunately, but willing to travel for the best surgeon.
