Hey guys, I originally posted without having any of my x-rays but I got a hold of them from my orthodontist. Based on the  pictures would you guys recommend any jaw work or genioplasty? I'm planning on getting my wisdom teeth removed soon as well.

Save your money and your nerves and keep the beard. A few mms overjet if normal.

You think a genioplasty wouldn't be worth it either?

Based on your x-ray you have a good bite and you don't seem to complain about any medical issues. Any jaw surgery would have to be a double jaw surgery, if you move one from a perfect fit, you need to move the other. And there's no guarantee it will be a perfect fit after.

Do a genioplasty if you like, it will not alter your bite and is safer. No idea if it's worth it for you, it's an aesthetic procedure so it's basically up to you. You don't show any profile picture so it's hard to even have an aesthetic opinion.
