For me this is one of those where I need to see the eyes to determine whether the result looks unnatural. IMO he looked fine before..but I guess he ‘technically’ got improvements in width and angularity.
7.5/10? Hard for me to say because he looked fine before as well.

It just looks like one of the many the TREND of guys who request prominent bone structure 'like a MODEL has' who WON'T be looking 'like a model' (or celeb) after getting them. He probably brought in a photo of a celeb or model's cheeks/jaw and got his request accommodated to have some PARTS of what some male icon has where the parts requested DON'T look that 'together' or harmonious as a WHOLE.
Face implant docs get requests like that all the time and they just play along but really don't tell them they won't be looking like the male icon in the photo they bring in for reference.
Here the prominent cheek implants call attention to his narrow temple area (or just make it look narrow by comparison). They also call more attention to the aesthetic nose problem he has.
All in all it looks like the result of typical request when someone brings in a photo of model or celeb for reference to some parts where when accommodated the requested parts don't work well for the person.
