Looks like you might have enough room for it.  Not sure that the scan you posted would be the one they want. Chin wing doctors often send you to a place to get exactly the type of scan they want (and no, I don't know exactly which one that is). Sometimes 2 surgeries can be involved, one being the advancement and/or lowering of the whole mandibular border, the other one being a flare out or 'wing out' of the posterior border. Final evaluation comes subsequent to an in person consult.
