Title: Profile change
Post by: skarrskold on July 26, 2019, 10:11:41 PM

Looking for opinions on a profile change:

Very standard rhino (hump, tip, flare, etc)
Chin implant (~5mm of projection)

I think the ideal would be a CCW rotation of the jaw with no change in bite (bite and teeth are perfect post invisalign), but this introduces a lot more risk. If the implant can harmonize with what I have and get 80% of the results that would be ideal. Cost and recovery time aren't issues for me. The roughest overall goal would be to bump me up from a 5/5.5 to 6/6.5.

Philosophy:

The better you look, the better people feel when they see you-

The chin movement looks reasonable and possible, although I think you'd have a larger labiomental groove than in the morph.

Rhino isn't my thing, so someone else can chime in on that.

When you morph, pay attention to the shadow. The shadow should be consistent with the contour change.
