Title: Best Surgeon in the east coast?

Can anyone refer me to a surgeon who does a good amount of jaw surgery’s per year and is highly rated that is in the east coast?

Get at many consults as you can, at least 3, and make sure you have an appropriate plan. If surgeons won't give you exact movements move on to others.

As for specific surgeons, I used Dr. David Behrman and regret it, he disappeared after my surgery had complications and refused to speak with me afterwards.
