The ramus bone on the left side of my mandible is significantly shorter than the ramus bone on the right side of my mandible.
What surgical procedure could I get this fixed with?
Thank you!

Lobotomy.

I don't understand why you keep s**tting on me. I'm here for actual advice, and I'd appreciate your help since you seem knowledgable.
Basically because the left ramus bone is shorter than the right one, it seems that my gonial angle on the left is higher than on the right and my jaw looks very uneven from the front.
Can you please help? I can't solve my issue without info

Because I'm the 'welcome wagon' (aka alienation manager) for 'Lookism' type members.
OK. segitlek. Solution would be custom implants.

Köszönöm.
So that means there's no osteotomy for un-equal ramus bones? And that only a custom implant could "equalize" the ramus bones on both sides?

Szívesen. Custom implants more predictable, especially IF you also want to widen the jaw area. Osteo is possible. BUT if you also want to widen, custom implant is way to go.

What's the osteotomy called that I could get done for this purpose?

Both. But I'M NOT suggesting it. So details about it are OVER.
