Title: Does anyone know how to contact Dr Zarrinbal?

He doesn't respond to the emails I sent him asking for a consultation on the strength of the CEPH findings

I called his office several times until eventually, the receptionist said to call back at a certain time.  I called back at that time, and she passed him the phone.

Is there a reason why everybody want to speak with him personal at phone? Because normally you just make an appointment with his Employee. The Employee called me even back, because she had no time at this moment. I got really fast an appointment. I just have to wait 1month.

i just had an in-person consult with him. unfortunately he doesn't respond to emails well at all. you should resend and mention that you want to see him in-person tbh, because he doesn't care all that much about the documentation i think until he gets a chance to see you. make sure you bring impressions as well.
