Title: as regarding the mandibular asymmetry

 I have posted about my short face,but another thing bothering me is the mandibular asymmetry.What can be done exactly?chin wing, wrap around implants?.
The problem is that are asymmetries not only in the mandible, there are in the muscle area too,but there I think it can be addressed with fat transfer.

nobody can help me what can be done?the soft tissue asimmetry can be addressed with fat transfer,but the bone asymmetry?
 I would be very grateful if someone would give me some hints
