I'll pay for it, it costs ~50k USD (please correct me if I'm wrong), I just need my entire midface moved forward. Then I'd fix 90% of my face from an aesthetic standpoint. Here's the ceph:

I am really really recessed, severely recessed. I also have OSA, very naturally narrow nasal airways (I've always had this and mouthbreathed throughout my entire childhood and adolescence, up until now I reckon), it's hard for me to breath through my nose, many times every day it feels like it's clogged even tho it's not and I don't have the flu or any infection

Didn't you have an appointment in germany? What did the surgeon say?
