Found an excellent article about anterior segmental osteotomies in case anyone interested in this type of surgery.

For those who aren't already familiar with this type of surgery. It's a specialized excess bone removal osteotomy for BIMAX PROTRUSION. Also called Anterior Segmental Osteotomy. Here's an illustration of the procedure.
