I had the surgery performed ~three weeks ago. Due to residual swelling it's a bit too early for an 'after' photo of my face, but for now I can share the before/after airway comparison:

This has effectively solved my sleep apnoea issue, and I can now sleep wherever I want without an air pump attached to my face. It's been extremely liberating.

The improvement to your airway volume is incredible. By how many mm were you advanced and was that in-line to what was stated pre-surgery?  Also, was the post-surgery CBCT carried out a month after surgery?
