Title: I had a sliding genioplasty resulting in hard lump under jaw

Lump under jaw following sliding genioplasty. It feels hard like a rock. Im  9 days post op doctor thinks its just scar tissue but im worried it might be more than that. How can i fix this?

My first guess was scar tissue, but when when I looked at the image it doesn't seem to be in a location where you'd get scar tissue.

I'm really not sure. Time to see a second doctor.
