Title: Opinion on Tx Plan
Post by: aestheticseeker on December 09, 2020, 10:13:46 AM
Dr Derek Steinbacher @ Yale.... Thinking about getting a 2nd opinion by Gunson

Have an edge to edge bite that will obviously be fixed by his treatment plan of 3 piece le fort with bsso but I am also wanting to maximize facial aesthetics...

Off the bat I'd think id want more of an advancement genioplasty wise, maybe more ccw?

Any thoughts on sarpe?

On that ceph I see zero reason to get jaw surgery.

Wisdom tooth removal and closing the very mild open bite via ortho is in order.

Ortho/elastics not working due to either ankylosis of central inscisors or them literally not having room to flare further. I would very well like that cant to be fixed as well as a genioplasty.

Oh it's you again? I think you will sooo regret jaw surgery. I mean, you mentioned breathing problems last time you posted here - I don't know how serious those are.
