I know I need to fix my nose (too big/projected) and I need to fix my hairline (too receded)

What do you suggest I need? Improvements?

I'm not seeing any justification for jaw surgery based on the photos, but you have a beard, and you didn't post any medical scans. No beard and medical records is what we need to see. Short of that, who knows. Maybe some mild lower jaw recession, but it's so hard to tell with the beard.
