Title: Good US based surgeons

Hello. I am getting jaw surgery in 6 months. Insurance is covering it as long as it's in US. Current surgeon is recommending something I don't agree with so I'm going to search out second and maybe third opinions. Anyone anybody can recommend?

Gunson, Movahed, Alfaro (Spain), and Raffaini (Italy) all do large CCW movements.
