Title: Is my after-surgery-morph optimal aesthetics wise?

i uploaded a pic.

i am getting 3mm LF1 + 9mm BSSO + 3mm forward and downward genio

do i need more advancement?
also what do you think about my deep chin fold? is it bad aesthetic wise?

same question about my philtrum (angle, length etc)



ps. my surgery got cancelled for the 3rd time thats why i changed my opinion. before i was scared of 6mm bsso, now 9mm doesn't seem enough 😱

shouldn't my lower jaw be advanced more till my chin meets the line?

less is more with jaw surgery. I would limit the maxilla linear advancement to no more than 1-2mm. also important to consider how much teeth show is ideal for you.

1-2mm LF1, do you mean it in my case or generally?
doesnt my after-morph still look like that i still need a bimax? if i didn't show my before-scan.
