Hi. I hope this is the correct subforum for my aesthetic question. if not, feel free to move or delete this:)
as you can see in my pictures, my eyes look bad: bulgy, negatively titled and eyelid exposure. what I want is less scelar show, less eyelids visibility, narrower eyes and maybe longer horizontally.
i know i can get rid of the eyelids a bit with surgery and reduce the scelar show on the outer ends via canthoplasty (or pexy?). but im not sure if its enough. maybe i need some implants?

orbital decompression would likely solve your issues. i dont think you would need anything else
