Title: Thoughts on surgeons before/after mock ups?

Posted this in another thread of mine but I think it is appropriate as its own topic.

Looking for thoughts on this mockup.

13mm mandibular advancement
4/5mm maxillary advancement
No genio
No CCW

I feel like it makes me look slightly class III in nature with the lower lip protruding past the upper. This is just a mockup but still something I want to consider.

Thoughts overall? Would rotation help in my case aesthetically? Improvement from before?
