Bumping once more - hope to book surgery soon and looking for guidance.

Looking for any overall thoughts and opinions on this plan. Surgery is in 1 month and any revision requests must be made soon.

The plan looks appropriate for someone who's BONE STRUCTURE reveals a short lower 1/3rd of face, a highly recessive mandible, short chin and asymmetry and/or narrow maxilla and for whom lack of bone structure contributes to lack of soft tissue support. So, if you have those things, the plan is appropriate. That's because the plan conveys the following:
Maxilla:
1: The plan conveys a 3 piece Lefort (to address asymmetry to maxilla and or narrow maxilla)
2: The plan conveys a NET CCW rotation (to maximize the extent the lower jaw can be advanced out).
3: The plan conveys an overall (net CCW) downgraft to maxilla (to lengthen a SHORT lower 1/3rd of face).
4: The plan conveys maxillary advancement is minimal.
Mandible:
1: The plan conveys a significant lower jaw advancement (made possible by the net CCW-r at maxilla).
2: The plan conveys a 'down and out' genio (to both advance and lengthen chin).

I agree, it seems like an adequate plan for someone with Shortface. Just curious: how many mm is the overjet? Also: May I ask who is your surgeon?

Thanks for this analysis. Does the genio cut seem too low? Would a higher cut be preferred for any aethetic reasons?
