Title: Do I need revision?

I had double jaw surgery genioplasty 18months ago I'm still having stiffness tightness in the chin frontal jaw area, I attached x-ray I had done today,any advice appreciated on x-ray etc thank you

It is probably due to scar tissue and permanent. You can inject a hormone Kenalog into it to try to soften it.

I think the tightness is because I need my jaw open more horizontaly, I can fit 4 fingers but I think I need to open more,I dont want to overdo it either, I had hooks taking out last January, I'm chewing normally etc, do some patients only need 3 finger opening and others much more,? Advice appreciated,thanks
