Would like to know if bimax and implants would be a good idea for me but I don’t know if it’s smart. I have a long midface and a slightly over projected chin with lacking angularity. Is there anyone here who can help me? Have spoken to some surgeon some of suggested bimax and implants while others just implants saying bimax wouldn’t be smart.
