My IPD is narrow
My Alar base is roughly equal to my intercanthal distance.
My Intercommissural distance (ICD) is roughly equal to the distance between the medial tangent of my irises.
So my IPD is narrow but my features have harmonised with it. However, this leads to certain features being unideal too: My ICD is narrow.
Would it make sense to get a commissuroplasty to correct the narrow ICD or should I make the most of the harmony with unideal features?
