Title: Bimax before and after: feels like an improvement, but also an underadvancement?

As the title says, I can definitely see (and feel) the improvement but I'm ultimately underwhelmed. I feel like both jaws could have been advanced a couple of mm's more.

Lefort 1: 4mm advancement, 2mm impaction, no rotation.
BSSO: 10mm advancement, no genio.
