Anyone know any good jaw surgeons near Atlanta? I've heard that Dr. Maron was good, but I'm not sure how to judge whether a jaw surgeon is good or not. I'm trying to get my tmj pain and sleep apnea corrected. I'm hoping double jaw surgery will help with the pressure on the tm joint.

Did you end up working with Dr. Maron or someone else? I'm also in Atlanta and I'm trying to find a quality surgeon. I've worked with Dr. Maron for the last year for TMJ. His bedside manner is great and he seems to know his stuff. I'd love to have some feedback on his surgical skill, what you think of your results, etc.

I was looking into him as well. My ortho is suggesting some pretty intense stuff. Not even sure I want to do it, but if so, I need a top tier surgeon. I'd rather wait 5+ years than end up looking like Shrek, lol
