Title: Alexander Antipov anyone?

he has some pretty impressive pictures on his sight albeit very few. He is based within a few hours drive of me so would be handy for sure.

I'm sure it probably won't be applicable to you, but just had a look at his videos on youtube - as far as condylar resorption he seems to follow A&G's approach. And he is 'in network'. Not sure what his experience is like (looks pretty young), but might be an option for those with ICR who can't afford A&G.
