You may find that a lot of people here are in a position where they are trying to fund their /own/ surgery. A lot of people here surely also struggle with tmj issues so your story is hardly unique but setting up a fundraising page seems to be. I wish you luck but in this life we have to fight our own battles and it may help to see the bigger picture and how you can not scare off any surgeons into helping you by overdramatizing your situation.
