Title: Can the orbital bone be widened?

I'm willing to widen my eye size since I think they're deficient in terms of (horizontal) length. I'm not talking about increasing my interpupillary distance, but about elongating the palpebral fissures of the eyes.

Could this be done through craniofacial surgery for cosmetic reasons?
