Im 2 months post op. my left side is not moving as right side (lips, nose) which makes my face look crooked and asymmetrical , dr says he didn't cut the nerve but it was apparently injured, has anyone had the same problem? did it resolve? after 2 months post op, if Im not happy, can I still expect some changes? or is what Im seeing pretty much final? thank you.
